Bucky Flores
Bucky Flores currently live in Houston, Texas and has been a part of the color guard staff with Marching Auxiliaries since 2001. Color guard has been a huge part of his life for years. He currently works at North Shore Senor High School where he has taught the color guard for five years. Bucky is an alumni to many groups including Nolan, St. Ann’s, Patriots, Blessed Sacrament, and Cypress Independent. Recently, he has had the honor of performing in the Super Bowl LI half time show with Lady Gaga! Bucky looks forward to many more years working with students sharing the art of color guard with MA.

Lexi Hanna
Lexi Hanna is currently a 13 year MA Auxiliary staff member specializing with the majorettes! Lexi is originally from the state of Iowa and began competitively baton twirling at the age of seven. She was crowned Miss Majorette of Iowa in 1997, 2000 and 2005 and placed in the top 10 at NBTA Nationals in 2005 in the Super X Strut category! Besides teaching majorettes at MA Camps in the summer time and judging majorette teams at MA Competitions, Lexi has had the privilege of choreographing the majorette lines for the Capital One Bowl Halftime Performance in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Jaime Luna
Jaime Luna, graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, performed with the Longhorn Marching Band and is an officer for the Longhorn Alumni Band. He performed with Cypress Independent Winter Guard, was a former flag tech for ATX Independent Guard, and is currently a Color Guard Instructor at Benjamin O. Davis HS in Aldine ISD.
Tim Mikan

JD Ralph
J.D. Ralph is a professional percussionist and percussion director in Orlando, FL. A former 3x All American drum major; he has marched with Florida A&M’s Marching 100, Florida Sun Devils Drum Corps (3x DCA South champions), and the Kanye West State University marching band. He is also a former instructor with Infinity Percussion (WGI silver medal). J.D. is currently a member of the Orlando Magic Drumline and serves as the percussion director at Ocoee High School, as well as the executive director of Drumlines Of America (home of the All American Drumline). He has been apart of the MA Visual FX staff for over 14 years.  
Brian Wilson
Brian Wilson is currently the Director of Bands at Denton High School in Denton, TX. His involvement in band started back in the early 90's at Edward S. Marcus High School in Flower Mound, TX. There he spent his years playing trombone and tuba and eventually serving as drum major his senior year. After graduating from Marcus, Brian attended Texas Tech University where he majored in Music Education. While studying music, his major area of involvement was playing tuba player in the 1999 Sudler Trophy winner, The Goin' Band from Raiderland from 1997-2000. His freshman year, Brian joined Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honorary Band Fraternity and was also an active member in MENC now known as the National Association for Music Education. Before ending his tenure at Tech, Brian served as drum major of the Goin' Band from 2000-2002. Once his time at Texas Tech was complete, Brian joined the staff at Lubbock High School as Assistant Director of Bands under the direction of Will Burks. His duties there included director of the Concert Band, director of the LHS Instrumental Ensemble, assisting the Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble, and teaching beginning low brass at both J.T. Hutchinson and Lauro Cavasos Jr. High Schools. In summer of 2003, Brian joined the drum major staff with MA Dance and Auxiliaries. His work with MA has taken him to all sorts of colleges and universities across the United States and given him many wonderful experiences teaching middle school and high school students. In 2007, Brian took on a different role with MA and began running summer camps as one of their clinic directors and continues to do so today. Brian also serves MA as an announcer and judge at many of their contests each spring. As each year passes, Brian’s love for the MA company grows deeper and deeper. The staff members he has met throughout the years have become more than co-workers, they have become family and they are all a true reminder that “MA’s the way!”

  Rachel Baker
Rachel Baker is currently in her fourth year attending and twirling at Bowling Green State University, where she holds a leadership position for the second year. She has been twirling for 13 years in both competition and field twirling. Her favorite thing about being on MA staff is the passion that is always at camp! From the talented staff to energetic campers, she is always reminded of why she loves twirling and MA!!

NBTA/USTA Elite Baton Twirler, USTA Level 1 Judge,
5-time USTA National/Grand National Champion, 3-time Congressional Cup Invitee
  Raquel Bowers
All regional champion 2007-2009. National soloist champion in 2010. Former member of the Texas State Color Guard in 2010. Former Brenham Independent Winterguard member in 2015. Technician for the Denison HS Guard 2013- present. WGI world class finalists with CGT Dallas Winterguard in 2017. Dance instructor for 'Dance Xplosion' in Denison TX 2017- present. MA staff member since 2011.
